Who may use the site and the app

Anyone may browse the website. The app is for current Medina Innovations clients and the people they invite.

Your account

• Keep your login details private and do not share your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission, at Support.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the app to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Upload malware or anything harmful.
• Try to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site, the app, or other users.
• Send spam or content that is abusive, threatening, or misleading.

Intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Medina Innovations. Do not copy or reuse it without our permission. Ownership of work we create for a client follows that client’s signed agreement.

Client work

Client projects are governed by the signed agreement between Medina Innovations and that client. If the signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Third-party services

The app runs on HighLevel (LeadConnector) and is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The site and the app are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise they will always be available, will run without errors, or will be suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Medina Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the app if you break these terms, if your client relationship ends, or if we need to protect the service or other users. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Any dispute will be heard in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site or the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
