Signing in to the Medina Innovations Portal app

• Use the email address your invitation was sent to.
• Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it.
• Still stuck? Email us at support@medinainnovations.com.

Deleting your account and data

• Email support@medinainnovations.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account.
• We confirm your request within 2 business days.
• We delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
• Records we must keep for legal or tax reasons are retained only as long as required.
