This policy explains how Medina Innovations LLC ("Medina Innovations", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website, medinainnovations.com, and the Medina Innovations Portal mobile app (the "app").

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and message. The form is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), our service provider, which receives what you submit on our behalf.
  • Referral codes: if you open the site from a link with a referral code, the code is kept in your browser for that session and sent with your contact form.
  • Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads.
  • The website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and does not set tracking cookies.

In the app

  • Your account email address and name.
  • Messages you send and files you share with us.
  • Basic usage information needed to run the portal.

The app runs on HighLevel (LeadConnector), our service provider, which stores portal data on our behalf.

How we use your information

  • To provide our services.
  • To communicate with you and our clients.
  • To keep accounts secure.

We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, our app platform, and email, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active and for up to 3 years after a project ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Our website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights
